Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th of February 1984, at New York City. Her passion for acting was never fading. acting as an actress. She began laying the groundwork for her professional career while she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen auditioned for different roles shortly after graduating. She was offered a lead role in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was additionally screened at festivals around the world. The film also took home the Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Oscars and assisted Noureen's professional career.
